MCM Capital Partners Acquires AIM Processing

MCM Capital Partners, a micro‑cap private equity firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, has acquired AIM Processing, a custom plastic injection molder headquartered in Longmont, Colorado. AIM's president Jon Gelston retained a significant equity stake and MCM said it will augment AIM's technical molding and automation capabilities with strategic sales and marketing to drive growth; the deal is the second platform investment in MCM Capital Partners IV, L.P.

Biomerics Acquires Dependable Plastics, Launches Interventional Medical Plastics Division

ADDvise Group AB Acquires Graham Medical Technologies (GraMedica)

ADDvise Group AB has acquired all outstanding shares of Graham Medical Technologies, LLC (GraMedica) in a deal that closed on September 15, 2021. The purchase price is approximately USD 5.8 million (USD 4.0 million initial payment plus up to USD 1.8 million in earn-outs); GraMedica reported 2020 revenue of about USD 3.35 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately USD 0.85 million. The acquisition is intended to broaden ADDvise's medical equipment and consumables portfolio and expand its geographic reach.

Springboard Manufacturing (HCPI) Acquires Stack Plastics

Springboard Manufacturing, a portfolio company of HC Private Investments (HCPI), has acquired Stack Plastics, a Menlo Park-based custom plastic injection molder that serves medical device customers. The add-on expands Springboard’s micromolding and medical products capabilities and creates a combined business with facilities in California and Indiana, more than 130 injection molding presses and over 300 employees; terms were not disclosed.
