Mediaocean to Acquire Innovid (NYSE:CTV) in ~$500M Deal; Innovid to Merge with Flashtalking

Mediaocean entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Innovid for an enterprise value of approximately $500 million (about $525 million equity value). As part of the transaction, Innovid will merge with Flashtalking to form a premier independent, omnichannel ad tech platform, with the deal expected to close in early 2025.
