MERIT Acquires OSOD to Expand Ophthalmic Preclinical Capabilities

MERIT, a global clinical trial endpoint and technology services provider, has acquired OSOD, LLC, a Madison-based ophthalmic preclinical services consortium with over 30 years of experience. The acquisition strengthens MERIT's ability to provide a seamless transition from preclinical to clinical phases of ocular drug and device development while retaining OSOD's management team and expert network.
