Griffo Distillery, a craft spirits producer based in Petaluma, California, has been acquired by investor group MGD Acquisition, LLC (“MGD”). MGD, alongside founder Michael Griffo and co-founder Jenny Griffo, plans to scale Griffo’s production and help distribute its spirits nationwide while preserving its craft-led heritage.
