Micro Imaging Technology (MIT), a California-based public company, announced its acquisition of Cellmyx to expand its regenerative medicine and medical aesthetics portfolio. The deal combines Cellmyx’s autologous adipose grafting and transfer technologies (IntelliFat BOD) with MIT’s recently acquired SaltMed/SaltFacial to broaden manufacturing capabilities and product offerings for orthopedic, plastic, and cosmetic surgery use cases.
