Mission Critical Group (MCG) announced the acquisition of TxLa Systems, a Texas-based manufacturer of electrical switchgear and modular systems. The deal builds on an existing partnership (established in 2023) to expand MCG’s manufacturing capacity and bring additional supply-chain capabilities in-house.
