Mission Produce, Inc. completed its acquisition of Calavo Growers, Inc., bringing Calavo into Mission as a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal expands Mission’s vertically integrated North American avocado footprint and broadens its product portfolio into tomatoes, papayas, and prepared foods such as guacamole.
