Mod Op, a Miami-based full-service digital marketing agency and portfolio company of Alterna Equity Partners, has acquired Crenshaw Communications, a New York–headquartered public relations firm. The deal expands Mod Op’s capabilities into public relations and AI-enabled communications; Crenshaw founder Dorothy Crenshaw joins Mod Op as Chief Public Relations Officer.
