ModuGo, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Rent-A-Container (RAC), a provider of portable storage containers and container offices. The deal—ModuGo’s third add-on since its February 2023 recapitalization—supports the launch of a nationwide Rent‑A‑Container network to consolidate regional brands and leverage ModuGo’s logistics engine for optimized container selection and nationwide service.

Big Shoulders Capital (a family office) and Iroquois Industrial Group (an industrial operator) completed the acquisition of MOD Interiors, a high-end architectural millwork, design and engineering firm. The transaction brings MOD into a larger joint venture alongside IIG-owned businesses (including Savannah Industrial Solutions) to expand metalwork, stonework and finishing capabilities and enable bidding on larger, integrated interior projects.

GSCM Group (Groupe Solfab Constructions Modulaires), supported by private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Deltamod, a French specialist in the reconditioning and reuse of modular buildings. Deltamod — founded in 2013, based in Nort-sur-Erdre and employing ~30 people with ~€8M revenue (FY21/22) — will remain supported by its founders and expand within GSCM's national modular-building platform to strengthen sustainable, circular-economy offerings.
