The Riverside Company has invested in B+N Industries as an add-on to its portfolio company Momentum (Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering). The deal combines B+N's architectural panels, modular systems and shelving products with Momentum's contract textiles and wallcoverings to create a broader commercial interiors platform serving corporate, hospitality, healthcare and national account programs.
