iPROMOTEu has acquired fellow Counselor Top 40 promotional-products distributor AIA Corporation. The deal combines two large distributor networks (combined 2023 revenue of $365 million) and will have AIA operate as a division of iPROMOTEu, with AIA CEO Nancy Schmidt remaining on as an advisor during the transition.

The transaction follows negotiations with existing investors Eurazeo PME and Andera Partners and will see Montagu support Intech’s management to accelerate organic and external growth, expand capacity, and strengthen its position in orthopaedics.

Montagu Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in ITRS Group from TA Associates

PIA Group, a digital agency platform backed by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired UDG United Digital Group from EQT Expansion Capital II. The deal brings UDG’s UX, digital architecture and implementation capabilities into PIA’s portfolio — UDG has ~€40m revenue and around 400 employees across multiple German sites; financial terms were not disclosed.
