Montrose Environmental Group Acquires AirKinetics, Inc.

Montrose Environmental Group (NYSE: MEG) has acquired AirKinetics, Inc., a Southern California emissions testing firm, to expand its Measurement and Analysis capabilities across the Western United States. AirKinetics' leadership, including founder and president Tony Wong, will join Montrose's air quality services team; terms were not disclosed.
