Motorola Solutions acquired HyperYou, Inc. (Hyper), a company providing conversational, agentic AI that screens and routes non-emergency 911 calls to reduce workload at understaffed PSAPs. The deal expands Motorola’s use of agentic AI across its Command Center portfolio and mission-critical AI platform, Assist, and will introduce new “Assist Agents” to automate additional emergency-response workflow tasks under human supervision. Financial terms were not disclosed.
