MW Industries (MW Components) acquired SW Holdings, LLC — the parent of Sussex Wire, Inc. and Marox Corporation — from Argosy Investment Partners IV, L.P. The deal brings Sussex Wire's cold-forming specialty metal capabilities and Marox's precision CNC medical components capabilities into MW's platform, expanding MW's precision medical and specialty metal manufacturing footprint.
