Altair (Nasdaq: ALTR) has acquired Cambridge Semantics, a provider of knowledge graph-powered data fabric and analytical graph database technology, and will integrate the technology into the Altair RapidMiner platform. The acquisition brings knowledge graph, data governance, data virtualization, and data discovery capabilities to Altair's analytics and data science offerings to accelerate enterprise knowledge graphs and support generative AI use cases.

The deals (combined purchase price undisclosed) strengthen Optimove's multichannel CRM platform by adding on-site recommendations and enhanced mobile messaging to enable deeper 1-to-1 personalization across web, email and mobile.
