Samsung Electronics (through its U.S. arm) has acquired TeleWorld Solutions, a Chantilly, Virginia–based network services provider. The acquisition expands Samsung's U.S. network services and 5G capabilities—TeleWorld will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics America with its leadership team remaining in place.
