The deal brings WorkTango's survey, analytics and leadership enablement capabilities into Kazoo's platform to expand employee listening and insights alongside recognition, rewards and performance management.

Cazoo Acquires SMH Fleet Solutions from LDC

Online car retailer Cazoo has acquired SMH Fleet Solutions from private equity investor LDC in a deal valuing SMH at approximately £70 million. The acquisition expands Cazoo's vehicle reconditioning and storage capacity in the UK and adds SMH's vehicle preparation, logistics teams and digital wholesale platform to Cazoo's operations.

Zonda Acquires Vancouver-based Urban Analytics

Verana Health Acquires COTA Healthcare

The merger expands Verana's real-world data and analytics capabilities into oncology and gives the combined firm access to more than 95 million patients and over 20,000 contributing clinicians, broadening its offering to biopharma customers across clinical trials and outcomes research.

Amazon Acquires Zoox

Amazon has signed an agreement to acquire Zoox, a California-based developer of purpose-built autonomous ride-hailing vehicles and end-to-end autonomy software. Zoox will remain a standalone business led by CEO Aicha Evans and CTO Jesse Levinson as Amazon aims to accelerate the development and commercialization of safe, zero-emissions autonomous mobility.

Aramis Group Acquires Cazoo Trading Italy (rebranded brumbrum)

Aramis Group SA has acquired 100% of Cazoo Trading Italy S.p.A. (to be rebranded brumbrum) from Cazoo Group Ltd/Cazoo Holdings Limited. The business sells ~1,600 used vehicles B2C annually with ~€30 million in revenues and will be integrated into Aramis Group to provide Aramis with immediate entry into the Italian market.
