Valterra Partners Provides $24M Growth Equity to AeroAggregates of North America

Valterra Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has made a $24 million growth equity investment in AeroAggregates of North America to fund expansion of its Eddystone, Pennsylvania facility and construction of two additional plants in New England and the Southeast. The capital will support manufacturing capacity growth, geographic expansion across North America, and continued development of Aero's IP and product offerings for infrastructure and geotechnical markets.
