Enesco, headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, is a long-established designer and wholesaler of gifts, home accents and collectibles (Department 56, Jim Shore, licensed brands) with an international distribution and e-commerce presence. The acquisition adds Enesco's brands and distribution capabilities to Ad Populum's portfolio of consumer and collectibles businesses.

Hummock Industries Acquires National Bronze Manufacturing

Hummock Industries (Reading, Pennsylvania) has acquired Roseville, Michigan-based National Bronze Manufacturing, a producer and distributor of precision machined bronze bearings, bushings, wear plates and copper alloy bar and tube. Hummock said the purchase complements its subsidiary Heyco Metals, diversifies revenue streams and provides a platform to grow downstream into value-added engineered products.

Enjet Aero Acquires Integral Industries, Inc.

The deal expands Enjet Aero’s North American manufacturing footprint to nine locations and increases its capacity and presence on premier engine platforms; Integral’s owner Ed Mascolo will continue as president of the Newington operation.
