High Road Capital Partners' portfolio company Exponential Power completed add-on acquisitions of Dry Creek Enterprises (Bakersfield, California) and Static Power Conversion Services Inc. (Columbia, Maryland), expanding Exponential's West Coast and Mid-Atlantic service presence. The transactions (Dry Creek closed August 30, 2021; Static Power closed October 7, 2021) were led for High Road by Partner Ben Schnakenberg, financed by Twin Brook Capital Partners, and transaction consideration was not disclosed.
