myneva Group, a Summa Equity portfolio company, has acquired Kuidado GmbH, the developer of the AI-powered CareMates CRM for patient admissions. The CareMates team and its four founders will join myneva; the product will remain available standalone and will be integrated into myneva's care platform to accelerate onboarding and reduce intake time by up to 80%.
