Myriad Uranium to Acquire Rush Rare Metals (Final Court Approval)

Myriad Uranium Corp. received final court approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia for a statutory plan of arrangement with Rush Rare Metals Corp. Under the arrangement, Myriad will acquire all issued and outstanding Rush shares in exchange for Myriad shares, and Rush shareholders will also receive shares in a Rush subsidiary (1577075 B.C. Ltd., holding the Boxi Property).
