The capital partnership is intended to help T Management scale its practice-management and non-clinical support services for partner dental practices across the Southeast.

LifePoint Health Acquires Kindred Healthcare

LifePoint Health agreed to acquire Kindred Healthcare in June 2021 and completed the transaction in December 2021, combining LifePoint's community hospital network with Kindred's long-term acute care, rehabilitation and behavioral health capabilities. Lifepoint Health Acquires Majority Ownership Interest in Springstone

Medical Properties Trust will continue to own the majority of Springstone's real estate and retain a minority stake; in conjunction with the deal MPT sold a loan and accrued interest (approximately $205 million) to Lifepoint.
