Spartech Acquires Tufpak, Inc.

The deal expands Spartech's healthcare and biopharma packaging capabilities by adding Tufpak's proprietary polypropylene blown film extrusion technology and product lines.

Breyden will operate under Auxo’s Precision Products Group (PPG) platform, expanding PPG’s product portfolio and creating cross-selling opportunities into the electric motor, aerospace and defense end markets.
