Scantron Technology Solutions (STS), a division of Scantron Corporation (owned by Transom Capital Group), has acquired ServRight, an Alexandria, Virginia-based provider of technical service and hardware support solutions. The deal expands STS's hardware support and managed services capabilities, integrating ServRight's nationwide service network to enhance delivery of on-site repair, rollouts and device lifecycle services across the United States and Canada.
