Medstreaming Acquires M2S

Medstreaming, a Redmond, Washington healthcare workflow software provider, has acquired M2S, a registry software vendor headquartered in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. The deal—sold by prior investor Altaris Capital—combines Medstreaming's workflow and analytics capabilities with M2S's registry platform to create an integrated, cloud-based data and registry offering serving hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare stakeholders.
