Nintex Acquires Skuid

Nintex has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Skuid, a low-code cloud platform that enables operational leaders to design and deploy business applications without code. The acquisition will combine Skuid’s design-centric low-code capabilities with Nintex’s process intelligence and automation portfolio to deliver integrated app development and workflow automation for enterprise customers; the deal is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Noida-based no-code platform Appy Pie has acquired Appsmakerstore.com in an asset transaction that transfers the platform technology, intellectual property and customer base to Appy Pie. The deal, which aims to combine the companies' no-code capabilities and expand Appy Pie's offering for citizen developers and agencies, did not disclose financial terms.

Dropbox Acquires FormSwift

ServiceNow Acquires Appsee's In‑App Mobile Analytics Platform and R&D Talent

ServiceNow signed an agreement to acquire the in‑app mobile analytics platform, intellectual property and R&D talent of Israel‑based Appsee. The deal will add deep user analytics capabilities to the Now Platform and bring Appsee's co‑founders and engineering team into ServiceNow (establishing a presence in central Tel‑Aviv); financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition was expected to close by the end of Q2 2019.

The acquisition transfers Flow from Pluralsight to Appfire and enables Appfire to offer data-driven developer productivity insights alongside its existing Atlassian/Microsoft/monday.com integrations.
