Edgewater Growth Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Nationwide Cooling Group, LLC, completed the acquisition of Protecall Corp. and its subsidiaries. Protecall provides HVAC protective coatings, indoor air quality solutions, and restoration services, which Nationwide Cooling says will advance its end-to-end HVAC/R platform strategy.
