Natus Sensory Acquires Keriton to Expand Connected Newborn Feeding Care Platform

Natus Sensory, a global newborn and sensory care solutions provider, acquired Keriton, a U.S.-based cloud software innovator for neonatal and pediatric feeding management. The acquisition is intended to integrate Keriton’s feeding safety and lactation workflow platform into Natus Sensory’s Newborn Care portfolio, enabling a more unified connected care ecosystem for NICUs and pediatric care settings.
