Nautic Partners has completed the acquisition of AccessIT Group as a new platform investment, closing on July 8, 2025. AccessIT Group, a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania–based cybersecurity solutions provider, will remain led by CEO Joe Luciano while co-founder David Hark retires; Nautic will support expansion of the firm's capabilities and geographic reach.

TruArc Partners Acquires Molded Devices

TruArc Partners, a New York–based private equity firm, acquired Molded Devices, Inc., a Tempe, Arizona–headquartered manufacturer of precision plastic and rubber components, from PNC Mezzanine Capital and founder Brian Anderson. TruArc said the acquisition supports its specialty manufacturing strategy and will help deepen Molded Devices' capabilities and exposure to the medical OEM market.

ZSi-Foster (Ideal Tridon) Acquires Hydra-Zorb Company

ZSi-Foster, an Ideal Tridon company (portfolio of Snow Phipps Group), completed the acquisition of Hydra-Zorb Company, a Michigan-based manufacturer of cushioned clamps and pipe/hose support products. The deal (terms undisclosed) is an add-on to the Ideal Tridon platform to broaden its clamp, pipe support, and HVAC accessory product portfolio and better serve industrial, HVAC, refrigeration, and fluid power end markets.

Nautic Partners Acquires Harrington Industrial Plastics

Ideal Tridon (Snow Phipps) Acquires ZSi‑Foster from Pfingsten Partners

Ideal Tridon Holdings, a Snow Phipps portfolio company, completed the acquisition of ZSi‑Foster from Pfingsten Partners; terms were not disclosed. The deal combines Ideal Tridon's specialty clamp and fitting portfolio with ZSi‑Foster's engineered pipe, hose and conduit support products to expand product capabilities and deepen customer relationships.
