Navitas Semiconductor to Acquire Claros (VPD and IVR for AI Data Centers)

Navitas Semiconductor signed a definitive agreement to acquire Claros, a power management solutions company developing vertical power delivery (VPD) and integrated voltage regulator (IVR) technology for next-generation AI data centers. The deal is valued at up to approximately $232.8 million and is expected to help Navitas complete its “grid-to-xPU” power portfolio and expand its 2030 serviceable addressable market to more than $8 billion.
