Nayax Ltd Acquires On Track Innovations (OTI) for Approximately $4.5M

Nayax Ltd. agreed to acquire On Track Innovations Ltd. (OTI), a developer of smart unattended payment solutions, for approximately $4.5 million in cash following a short-term loan to repay OTI's debts. The acquisition, to be completed in two phases and merged into Nayax, is intended to expand Nayax's capabilities in unattended payments and support growth in strategic markets such as Japan.
