nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO) announced it is acquiring Sandbox Banking, a digital transformation/integration platform provider for banks and credit unions. The acquisition adds Sandbox’s Glyue iPaaS integration technology to help financial institutions improve data connectivity, interoperability, and accelerate deployment of onboarding, lending, deposits, and other banking workflows. The purchase price is $52.5 million in cash, plus an earn-out of up to $10 million based on financial and product milestones.

nCino Acquires FullCircl for $135 Million

nCino, a cloud banking software provider, agreed to acquire SimpleNexus, a mobile-first homeownership and digital mortgage platform, in a transaction valued at approximately $1.2 billion (approximately $240 million cash and ~13.2 million shares). The acquisition expands nCino's point-of-sale and mobile capabilities in the U.S. mortgage market and is expected to close by the end of nCino's fourth fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2022, subject to customary approvals.
