Network Coverage, a Danvers, Massachusetts-based technology solutions provider, has acquired Washington, D.C.-based MadWolf Technologies and New York City-based The Lloyd Group to expand its nationwide footprint and strengthen managed services, cybersecurity, cloud enablement and digital transformation capabilities. The deals add experienced teams and client relationships (including NGOs and mid-market/enterprise customers) and bring Network Coverage’s organization to over 300 employees globally.
