New State Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Irving, Texas-based The Expo Group, a provider of trade show and live event services across North America. The investment was made in partnership with Panos Partners and with reinvestment from The Expo Group's management and existing owners; New State plans to support organic growth and accelerate the company's trajectory through strategic M&A.
