Radiant Logistics Acquires Foundation Logistics & Services

(NYSE American: RLGT) has acquired Foundation Logistics & Services, LLC, a Humble, Texas-based provider of specialized transportation and logistics services to the oil and gas industry, effective September 1, 2024. The founders will remain in leadership and the deal includes contingent consideration payable based on future performance, with an expected brand transition to Radiant in 2025.

GTCR Acquires Foundation Source from Incline Equity Partners

GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Foundation Source, the nation’s largest provider of foundation management services, from Incline Equity Partners. GTCR is partnering with wealth-technology veteran Joseph Mrak III as CEO and has committed capital to invest in technology enhancements, acquisitions and organic growth to expand Foundation Source’s product offerings and channel partnerships.

Bridgepointe Technologies Acquires RealCom Solutions

Bridgepointe Technologies, a San Mateo-based tech advisory firm backed by Charlesbank, has acquired RealCom Solutions, a Plano, Texas-based telecommunications and technology consulting agency. The deal expands Bridgepointe’s capabilities and footprint in the Southwest; RealCom’s hospitality-focused MSP (TekSecute Technology Group) will be spun out while affiliated cybersecurity provider Third Wave Innovations will remain independent and partner with Bridgepointe.

American Securities Invests in RealManage

American Securities has made a strategic growth investment in RealManage to support the HOA and condominium management company's continued organic and inorganic expansion, including acquisitions and branch openings. RealManage, which serves more than 3,000 communities across 19 states and operates the CiraConnect SaaS platform and GrandManors division, will use the capital and partnership resources to accelerate technology investment and geographic expansion.

Real Estate Nexus Acquires Amarki
