Nexeo Plastics Acquires Nevicolor S.p.A.

Nexeo Plastics, an affiliate of GPD Companies, acquired Nevicolor S.p.A., a family-founded Italian distributor and compounder of thermoplastics based in Luzzara, Italy. The deal expands Nexeo's European footprint and adds Nevicolor's technical compounding, lab services and specialty polymer capabilities to its product and service offering; terms were not disclosed.
