One Rock Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Nexeo Plastics, the plastics distribution business carved out from Nexeo Solutions (a subsidiary of Univar Inc.). One Rock will operate Nexeo Plastics as a stand‑alone, pure‑play plastics distributor to deepen supplier and customer relationships and invest in growth and operational capabilities.

Nautic Partners has completed the acquisition of Aurora Plastics, a Streetsboro, Ohio-based producer of PVC and custom polymer compounds, in partnership with Aurora management. The seller parties were Wind Point Partners and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board; financing for the deal was led by Antares Capital and Carlyle Global Credit, and Nautic says it will support Aurora's growth and pursue acquisitions in the fragmented specialty compounds market.
