Nintex Acquires EnableSoft, Maker of Foxtrot RPA

Nintex has acquired EnableSoft, the maker of Foxtrot RPA, to add robotic process automation capabilities to its process management and automation platform. EnableSoft is headquartered in Orlando, Florida; deal terms were not disclosed and Nintex is PE-backed (Thoma Bravo is the company's majority investor).
