Innova Engineered Plastics, a portfolio company of Culper Capital Partners, has acquired PolyCraft Tech, a Poway, California-based manufacturer of precision cast urethane enclosures and components. The transaction closed on August 29, 2025 and expands Innova’s cast urethane and West Coast manufacturing capabilities; Generational Group advised PolyCraft Tech on the sale.

OKE Group Acquires Polymerica Limited Company (d/b/a Global Enterprises)

Germany-based OKE Group GmbH and its U.S. subsidiary OKE USA Holding, Inc. acquired Polymerica Limited Company d/b/a Global Enterprises, a Detroit-headquartered plastics manufacturer of automotive interior parts. The acquisition gives OKE a footprint in North America and additional manufacturing capacity in eastern Europe; Global Enterprises operates facilities in Detroit, El Paso (TX), Juarez (Mexico) and Ploiești (Romania).

Arcane Plastics / Arcane Capital Partners Acquires Poly-Tech Plastic Molding

Arcane Plastics, backed by Arcane Capital Partners and an investment from Bluehenge Capital Partners, has acquired Prairie Grove-based Poly-Tech Plastic Molding, a custom injection-molding and extrusion company. The deal expands Arcane's production capacity (adding a 65,000-square-foot facility), broadens its customer base across multiple end markets, and supports a platform strategy to consolidate plastics manufacturing capabilities in North America.

Peak Nanosystems Acquires PolymerPlus

Peak Nanosystems has acquired Cleveland-based PolymerPlus, a polymer technology development company specializing in nanolayered polymer films for optics and high-temperature film capacitors; terms were not disclosed. A $25 million investment from Squadron Capital funded the acquisition, which includes exclusive technology licenses from Case Western Reserve University and brings PolymerPlus co-founder Michael Ponting into Peak as Chief Science Officer to support expanded manufacturing and product launches.

DalFort Capital Partners Acquires Key Polymer Corporation

Tosca Acquires Polymer Logistics

Tosca, a U.S. reusable packaging and supply-chain solutions provider backed by funds advised by Apax Partners, has agreed to acquire Polymer Logistics from a consortium of private investors. The deal expands Tosca's geographic footprint into Europe and broadens its reusable transport packaging and retail-ready product offering; Apax Funds committed additional capital to Tosca to finance the acquisition.
