Nordic Capital Acquires Majority Stake in IntegriChain from Accel-KKR

Nordic Capital has agreed to acquire a majority share in IntegriChain, a Philadelphia-based provider of a data-driven commercialization and market-access platform for the pharmaceutical industry, from Accel-KKR. The terms were not disclosed; closing is expected before year-end and is subject to customary regulatory and closing conditions.
