North Haven Capital Acquires The Chamberlain Group

North Haven Capital, in partnership with Upstream Capital and with financing support from BankProv and BDC Capital, has acquired The Chamberlain Group, a New England-based designer and manufacturer of high-fidelity anatomical medical models. The deal gives North Haven a control position to expand TCG’s product offerings, service capabilities, target end markets and international footprint while working with the company’s founders and existing team.
