Ntiva, a PE-backed managed services provider, has acquired Chicago-based Equilibrium IT Solutions, a managed IT services and professional services firm founded in 2004. The deal—announced by Southfield Capital (Ntiva's sponsor)—expands Ntiva's Midwest footprint and strengthens its mid-market and enterprise managed services, with Equilibrium leadership (Glen Hampton) remaining on the team.
