Ntiva, a managed IT services provider backed by Southfield Capital, has acquired NetLogicDC (Bethesda, Maryland) and Navakai (Colorado Springs, Colorado) as add-on acquisitions to expand its U.S. footprint and technical capabilities. The deals broaden Ntiva’s presence in the Mid‑Atlantic and Rocky Mountain regions and bolster its managed services, security and cloud offerings.
