Ntiva, a managed IT services provider backed by Southfield Capital, has acquired eGuard Technology Services, a Washington, D.C.-based managed IT and cybersecurity firm. The add-on bolsters Ntiva's presence in the DC/Baltimore market and strengthens its mid-market and enterprise security and cloud capabilities; Crestline Investors provided debt financing for the transaction.
