NTT DATA Business Solutions AG, a unit of NTT DATA, signed an agreement to acquire Aoop, a ServiceNow implementation company in Brazil. The deal terms have been finalized and is expected to close after approval from Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). Following the acquisition, Aoop will operate as an independent subsidiary within NTT DATA Business Solutions.
