Nvidia acquired AIOps network-monitoring specialist Augtera Networks in December 2024, with Augtera folded into Nvidia’s Spectrum-X networking product portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed; Augtera’s founders and key engineers have joined Nvidia and the company’s website now redirects to Nvidia.
