4M Building Solutions Acquires Brokate Janitorial

4M Building Solutions has acquired Brokate Janitorial, a Springfield, Missouri–based commercial cleaning and janitorial services provider. The acquisition — completed with backing from O2 Investment Partners — adds more than 175 employees and roughly 3 million square feet of serviced space, strengthening 4M's Missouri footprint as an add-on to its platform.

4M Building Solutions Acquires Covenant Building Service

St. Louis-based 4M Building Solutions, backed by O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Hendersonville, Tennessee-based Covenant Building Service, a commercial janitorial provider serving the Nashville area. The add-on strengthens 4M’s presence in the Nashville market and integrates Covenant’s 55-account portfolio and operations into 4M’s platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

4M Building Solutions Acquires Horizon Services Corporation
