4M Building Solutions Acquires Brokate Janitorial

4M Building Solutions has acquired Brokate Janitorial, a Springfield, Missouri–based commercial cleaning and janitorial services provider. The acquisition — completed with backing from O2 Investment Partners — adds more than 175 employees and roughly 3 million square feet of serviced space, strengthening 4M's Missouri footprint as an add-on to its platform.
