Effective April 1, 2023, MediPharm Labs Corp. completed an all-equity arrangement to acquire all outstanding shares of VIVO Cannabis Inc., making VIVO a wholly-owned subsidiary. Under the arrangement, former VIVO shareholders received 0.2910 MediPharm common shares per VIVO share and MediPharm issued approximately 107,930,964 shares as consideration; VIVO shares are expected to be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Aurora Cannabis Acquires Reliva LLC

Aurora Cannabis Inc. completed the acquisition of Reliva, LLC, a leading U.S. hemp-derived CBD consumer brand, in a transaction valued at approximately US$40 million in Aurora common shares plus an earn-out of up to US$45 million. The deal gives Aurora immediate U.S. retail CBD scale and distribution (Reliva products are sold in over 20,000 stores) and aims to combine Aurora's product innovation and international footprint with Reliva's U.S. retail relationships to accelerate growth.

BevCanna Enterprises Acquires Naturally Pure Therapy Products Corp.

BevCanna Enterprises Inc. entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire Naturally Pure Therapy Products Corp., a direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer of natural health, nutraceutical and hemp-based CBD products. BevCanna will issue 30,000,000 common shares (deemed $0.20 per share; total deemed consideration C$6,000,000) in exchange for all issued and outstanding securities of Pure Therapy, providing BevCanna with an established e-commerce platform, ~22,000 customers and recurring subscription revenue to support launch and expansion of hemp-based CBD beverages into North America and Western Europe.

Vivo Infusion Acquires Neurology Institute of San Antonio and Vista Infusions
